For most engagements, yes — we’re compensated by the suppliers when you proceed, like a broker. You get expert advice and ongoing management without adding headcount. We’re always transparent about how we’re paid.
Are you tied to certain vendors?
No. We’re vendor-agnostic and work across 400+ suppliers. Our recommendation is based on what fits your business, not on who pays us most.
What happens to my existing contracts?
We review them as part of the audit. We’ll flag renewal dates, clauses, and savings opportunities — and we never move anything without your sign-off.
