Through the LaaS payment plan, Site Hosts receive turnkey EV charging network installation and ongoing managed operation services for $0 down, and utilize a portion of the estimated monthly revenue generated by the charging stations to pay for the upgrades over a fixed term (5 or 7 years); so Site Hosts have a solution to be cash flow positive from day 1.
Site Hosts realize 100% of the revenue benefit of the chargers after the LaaS Term is complete.
